Yes, so much change in our lives. I started typing on one of those old black typewriters you see in antique stores or flea markets now and then. In college I had a portable typewriter, a bit easier to type on. Then came the IBM electric with the ball fonts that were interchangeable. Wow.
My kids went to college with the first of the word processors,
then the big computers, then everything just went exponential with the refinements. Now I cannot keep up, took me forever to get off of Windows XP, but finally couple years ago went to Windows 7, and refuse to go further with that.
Remember, when I was a child we still used out houses, chopped wood for wood stoves, and hand pumped water from the ground.
A few people here and there would have a radio, so many would gather around their radio for the news and the drama story series.
Now they are talking about hooking up people's brains to the computers so everyone is connected into one giant global brain or something.
I don't want to be around for that, it's just plain stupid, and unnecessary.
GOOD MORNING ALL, AND HAVE A WONDERFUL SATURDAY
