lol I just ate some elixir I keep on had with raw garlic and fresh ginger root and other things. Note to self to get more garlic to ad as I seem to have eaten it up already!

Looks good. Funny, I just made my own dressing tonight as well, for spinach salad. Going to make homemade cesear dressing tomorrow.

Trying to get more alkaline environment so nasties don’t get too comfortable. Salads and fruits. Less carbs and protein.

AT THE VERY FIRST TICKLE IN YOUR THROAT OR EAR what to do

I have done this for decades, and chased away so many sore throats, etc., at the very first sign when you're thinking, "oh, no, here we go..."

In 1/4 cup of pure water, put 1/4 teaspoon or a bit more of grapefruit seed extract.
Use this to put into ears with a q-tip, or dropper, cleaning ears with the q-tip.
Then, drink a tiny bit of it, holding it in the back of your throat before swallowing.

Have a small dish of Manuka honey with a spoon, eat about 1/2 teaspoon of it.

Do these things every single hour, even at night keep it at your bedside. Good idea to keep a small bottle of the GSE and Manuka honey at work, also, so you can continue with it through a work day.

This really works, family also does it.
