ALSO, DROP A STAR ANISE IN THE TEA,,,it is the basis for the production of Tamiflu,,,,anti viral. CINNAMON TEAMix together: 1 cup honey 1 Tablespoon cinnamon 1 teaspoon allspice 1 teaspoon powdered cloves Add to tea, with a star anise, enjoy !  Quoting: Arnie I already did it and in some time i got gastritis. For me is easier to eat it on deserts, coffee of food. When I was in my 20's, I did that stupid cinnamon challenge. Omg lmfao, DUMBEST thing I ever did while sober haha! The pain was real. For days!
