Good morning earthquake peeps!!!! So happy it's Saturday.



Five more days of the uber boss bitch and I'm finally out. She ignored me entirely in yesterday's video meeting while continuing to have a "bro-chat" with her new worker who's loyal to her. Even when company president and CEO referred to me, praised my work, and treated me like a human being, she continued ignoring me entirely.

I said "good morning" when I logged on and was greeted with absolutely zero acknowledgment from the uber boss bitch at any point during the entire call. Not a single hello. This continued for another 12 minutes until the CEO and president logged on. During video meeting you can see whenever someone comes on and you can't block them, so there was nothing wrong with the signal in that regard.

So, fuck that shit. She can't be civil and professional, that's on her.

Thank you sweetheart. All good again over here. And that job will happen. One day it will. What sucks most is that the interviews always go extremely well, from both ends, with a 100% match on required skills and qualifications, but in the end you always end up with that same line: "We have found applicants that fit the profile just a bit better."

Even my job coach and work shops I have done tell me that both interview and motivation letter are outstanding, so it is basically the likability factor that decides. Age discrimination is real.

Maybe I will move to Cyprus, to start a home for displaced penguins. That has always been a dream of me...

I wouldn't make fun of anyone who is anal-retentive; after all, I do wash dishes before putting them in the dishwasher.
But nothing like a couple girlfriends; super perfectionists. I like to f*k with their heads by messing up their silverware drawer when I'm over there. And one of them, every time she visits, she straightens out my hall rug, which isn't exactly aligned with the grain of the wood floor. I can also greatly disturb them by showing them my silverware drawer, or opening the cupboard where the Tupperware is and having it all crash down on my head.
You can set the clock any time you want,,,just don't tell anyone what time you do it. Life as an anal-retentive just is not healthy.....
You can save the energy for manifesting your other personality disorders...

I must say, being Dutch I had to look up anal-retentive, because I got very disturbing visuals while reading that word.

A sigh of relief escaped after I found out what it really means . I am far from a perfectionist. Even my hair is mezzed up.

But I hear you. I had a colleague who was like that. Nothing more fun then to switch binders and pull them out of the straight row a bit. As soon as he came in, the first thing he did was rearrange them, muttering.. Classic. Great to see you are as bad as me, lol.
