You don't get diarrhea with coronavirus. My guess is a serious case of the flu (perhaps influenza B), although what do I know. I'm not much of a doctor. But flu can also cause a dry cough and trouble breathing. I'm so sorry, Simple. It's so frustrating the state of things right now.  I'm sorry but you can get diarreha with covid. The usual thing is pain on body and articulations, very tired and fever even low fever. Some people loose smell and flavour. I was trying to give her something positive, Luis. I say it can be, not it is. Diarreha can be a lot of things... even nothing!
