This could be an indicator of upcoming large seismic activity along the US West coast in the short term. [link to twitter.com (secure)] Last Edited by KickinIt on 04/09/2020 10:03 AM |

This time from the other side of the river.. [link to myalbum.com (secure)] The last picture I took yesterday in the town where I was born. It is a stork's nest. Usually every year they return to this nest to give birth. In this picture I guess father stork is out chasing food.. (I assume they don't need toilet paper.) Hope you enjoy it and get a smile from it. Stay safe out there everyone. Much love to all of you. |

Hope you enjoy it and get a smile from it. Stay safe out there everyone. Much love to all of you. Very pretty! Man, that stork's nest is HUGE! Birds around here are building nests like crazy. When I get up in the morning there's always a ton of twigs all over the place. Since I'm home 24/7 I've been watching the birds even more than usual. The robins are no longer afraid of me like they used to be, which is kind of interesting. They practically come right up to me and stare like they're saying hello. And there's a damn one-eyed squirrel that's trying to destroy the maple tree in my backyard. He's always up in that tree pulling off the leaf buds and eating them! Yesterday I saw the bastard going to great lengths to reach branches he couldn't otherwise - crawling across a power line, then jumping and hanging off a branch until he got a little cluster of barely-there leaves. It's a younger tree so many of the branches are not sturdy and he's broken several off. It's pissing me off! It's always the same squirrel - the others don't do it. I know it's the same one because he's one-eyed. He's angry and bitter because of that one eye, hence he's taking it out on that tree. That's my assessment. |

Well, now that you mention it Arnie, I do remember the day I was born, my dad was angry with my mom and shouted "What the .... , he's black!" And she yelled back: "Oh FFS, don't get your panties in a knot. Just look." She wiped the chimney soot off my butt and peace had been restored.. Last Edited by InterMezzo on 04/09/2020 01:02 PM |

Simple27 (OP) User ID: 40488826 United States 04/09/2020 01:32 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Omg, this is so just messed up, crazy. But GOOD news! Wtf...this is the most intense emotional roller coaster. Quoting: Simple27 So scratch my previous papa update! New update is that they are NOT giving up on him! I guess it wasn't fluid in his lung. He has a blood clot in his lung. Although not great news, they can try treating the blood clot. And they will try. The good news is that they aren't quitting on him!! My mom just facetimed me with this news. : ) PLEASE KEEP PRAYING!!!! Oxygen is 97% I need a freaking drink! This is good. The other situation didn’t make sense but I wasn’t going to probe. It didn't make sense at all. I was in such disbelief and sadness. When the next update came in I was so happy that I lost it again. My whole family was put through the ringer yesterday with the ups and downs. I woke up again this morning throwing up. Definitely nerves as I feel good now. Everyone is in much better spirits today. I do have a wonderful family. Everyone is checking on each other. Aunts, uncles and cousins even. We're all praying so hard for papa. He is so loved, by so many people. I feel good about things today. I know how quickly things can change, but we got an update a couple of hours ago and they said he is doing better today. His heart is beating normal at 60 beats per minute. Blood pressure is good and his fever is down to 100 (last night they said no fever so I'm a little confused by that part). The nurse said he had a good night and he looks better. They're treating the blood clot with medication. Still treating the infection. The nurse said she thinks hearing nanny's voice helped him. : ) I do too! I'm sure the music is helping too. Papa is a music man. ~*Ride the Wave*~ |
