What in the hell kind of reactions can that do to the sun??? Has anyone ever seen this before? I know I haven't. KickinIt User ID: 74785546 United States 05/05/2020 03:50 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Yesterday was Memorial Day over here, 80 years ago since WWII started and today is Liberation Day, 75 years since it ended. Quoting: InterMezzo A weird experience to not be able to see a sea of Orange celebrating in the cities and at festivals. But we will make it up for it after all of this is done. A block party across the world and everyone is invited.. Well, are you are least wearing your orange shirt? A lot of 4th of July events are already cancelled in this country. It will be weird as you are saying. I'm thinking by then people might feel more comfortable at least getting together, but no huge celebrations nation-wide like there would usually be. As a matter of fact I am wearing my orange shirt. Went out on a little ride, to see my brothers fishing (one in the picture above at the right side.) No catch all day, not even a bite. Even the fish are social distancing. They will be loosening the restrictions here in the coming weeks. Numbers are going way down. And you can see that in the streets and parks, everywhere. Bigger numbers of people. Most likely barbers will reopen next week. Terraces June 1st. Elementary schools open next week as well. Hope you are enjoy your day out there my dear. haha, maybe the fish are social distancing. Well it's nice you and your brother have both been getting out a lot. I think we're probably looking at mid may or even end of may before things start opening up in full force here. They haven't decided yet, but that's how it's looking. Although we just had our largest day of new covid cases on Sunday or Monday, so who knows. |

KickinIt User ID: 74785546 United States 05/05/2020 04:22 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | BIG holiday where you are. We have a rather small Mexican population, but people here love Cinco de Mayo. Midwesterners look for excuses to go out drinking, lol. There is normally one big festival that takes place in an area of the city where some of our most authentic Mexican restaurants are, and of course all Mexican restaurants all over town are slammed. Another big money-maker holiday all the restaurants are missing out on :( |

It was the same feeling growing up in Western NY, it was a big excuse to go out drinking so it was quite a big holiday for us, everyone there loves it. The bad news is nothing lasts forever.
