Many of our flowers come from abroad. Hopefully you can cancel. Nice gesture though! I'm about done with Amazon. I've now had 2 packages during this quarantine that did not arrive. Possibly 3. Took forever to ship, then after days the tracking suddenly showed no movement. In 2 cases suddenly the tracking updated and said package was "damaged" but delivery would be attempted. Never was (I'm home non stop, and what's to stop them from throwing it on the front porch like they always do), but then I got a notice they were returning to sender. The 3rd package is from Amazon but by a 3rd party vendor who apparently sends their shit with no tracking. I finally emailed them through amazon and she apologized profusely and said she would resend. I found that odd considering it's $100 worth of stuff. That was a few days ago and I still haven't heard that it's been resent. I seriously think this is the last I'm going to deal with Amazon. Forever. I've had nothing but issues nearly every time I order from them and I'm sick of it. They treat their employees like crap and Bezos can go to hell. Sounds like a nightmare. Sorry you had to deal with that. The only problems that I've had with Amazon were third party sellers not shipping stuff out in a timely manner...all were resolved over time. Same thing happened when I tried the first time in later March or early April. And as far as the other package currently in limbo, if you're a 3rd party vendor and you're sending $100 worth of merchandise with no tracking you're an idiot. I actually said in my email I'd like the tracking # or a refund. When she responded that's how I found out they don't use tracking and she said she's resend. Which seemed strange she'd be so quick to resend another $100 of merchandise. That's not what I wanted at this point but thanks to Amazon's shitty system I can't just email her back directly, I'd have to go through their system again to "email the seller". The whole thing is annoying as hell. I feel like crap supporting Amazon anyway so good riddance. |

It's very strange how just about every storm system nowadays has hail - a lot of times big hail. I feel like every storm forecast here now includes hail, and that used to be a once-in-a-while occurrence. |
