That would freak me out.

So does the earth suck the electricity out of the atmosphere while it’s having an earthquake? Is that what powers the earthquake to a certain extent?

S, I wonder if your ph has become more alkaline. In my pool, if the ph is off and the calcium hardness is too low, the fiberglass pool steps will turn orange and the only thing that removes the metals deposit is vitamin C tablets. I have to literally scrub with the little tablets.

Also wondering if handling any of your purple herb downstairs could be transferring through your pores on your butt.

My ring finger will turn blue when wearing good gold jewelry if my ph is alkaline.

You can look up high ph foods and see if you’ve been eating any of them.

You could be chelating some type of metal out through your skin.

Maybe google what reagents would turn alcohol pads blue.

So I had to use duck duck go cause google link was broke but type in what would turn alcohol pad blue and an article comes up about you be the doctor and the girl turned blue. Seems a bacterial infection on surface of the skin showed up as blue color on alcohol pad. This girl did have some blue on her skin but rest matches your situation. Doctor prescribed a soap they give people to use before surgery and it worked to clear up the bacterial infection on the skin. It was pseudochromodensis.

Seriously, what Kickin' mentioned, chromhidrosis, is one of the results that are mentioned quite a lot. But it also could have to do with imbalance in hormones. And you have been under such a lot of stress the past months. Could also be it.

What surprises me is the lack of medical articles on this subject. Apparently even doctors don't really know what they are dealing with here. But with your history of skin issues and the effects that show when it's hot or cold, you maybe should consult your doctor.

I hope you find an answer to this mystery. But that you are magic is at least a given..

There's somewhat of an explanation at the link, but the lines will look more "excited" - more of them, thicker, sometimes longer. You might see dips or spikes, not necessarily one or the other.
