I think twitter is possessed on my end. It keeps scrolling on its own and kind of fast. It's been happening for days and is super annoying.
Anyone else experiencing this on twitter?
None of my other open windows/sites do it. Weird.

Also clearing the cache helps as well for me.  Okay, so it's not just on my end. It was happening during Hurricane Laura and I wanted to pull my hair out. I'll try your suggestions, thank you! And now for me when there are a number of tweets embedded on a GLP page GLP scrolls and is not in the same spot on the page when you do a refresh. Does twitter cause this problem??
