I fully expect bad something. Jello feeling still.
And neck twinging like it’s ready to lock back up.

Because of the permanent TBI (looks like epilepsy on eeg), I cannot take a lot of meds. Ask me about my friends Xanax..... next year. So CBD is out. For the neck (caused by 4 whiplash injuries), I can take regular Tylenol but that only brings it manageable. And if it is more than 24 hours, I will take a muscle relaxer at bedtime. The fibromyalgia..... nothing. Just slow and steady. I have more neck movement....but the pain and extreme nausea are still present. No worries. It ain’t my first rodeo. And it ain’t life threatening. So :)
