Dammit Simple, I'm sorry to hear this. Hoping any sickness is mild and they are quick to recover. Especially scary with a new baby. Fingers crossed your parents are negative.  Thank you my friend  Imagine losing your taste and smell right before Thanksgiving?! I feel so bad for her. She said everything she drinks tastes like water/nothing. Food...nothing. Sorry to hear this, Simple! Prayers for all of them! End of 2019 or early January (I've slept since then! lol) hubby and I both got sick. Worst flu symptoms ever, but also had the loss of taste/smell. Hubby saw doctor first - tested for flu but came back negative. A week later I went in, and I tested positive for flu A! Took one of the flu meds and was better in only a few days. Looking back now, I think it was covid. Interesting now how everyone has covid and hardly anyone has flu.
