Hey guys - hope all are well!

Heard from Baby S's other great-grandparents late yesterday. She was with them right before Thanksgiving, up until about 2 pm on Thanksgiving. Her great-aunt had come for the holiday, and after going back home got sick. Didn't get to feeling bad until Tuesday of this week, but got tested and of course she is positive! So, we have had over a week of possible secondary exposure without knowing it! So far none of us - Baby S included - has any symptoms. Per the new CDC guidelines, we should all be out of quarantine by Monday, if no one gets sick.

Ears were ringing so bad yesterday I could barely hear. And I had vertigo off and on. today, seems more like normal. But my attitude is still pretty bad. Haven't even thought about getting started on Christmas decorations! May do good to even put up a tree for Baby S! Ugh!

Glad your wife is feeling better, Mr S! And glad it wasn't something viral!!!

Hi Granny! Fingers crossed you all stay symptom-free. If her symptoms didn't start until Tues., the exposure was probably early enough that she wasn't contagious yet. I think the first few days of symptoms are when someone is most contagious, anyway.

Who the hell knows, it's a crapshoot! Hoping the best for you all, though. And set up your tree! It's a bit of work but once you have it up you will enjoy it and it will bring some Xmas cheer to the household :)

Waaaaaay behind on any kind of Christmas stuff. The den was destroyed as daughter and I went through it and took an inventory and tried to organize it. Problem was, when we tried to do that, half didn't fit. So now I have to go in there and cram it back in so hubby can pull out the Christmas decorations.

All that work pretty much for nothing.....well I do have a current inventory at least, lol

Maybe some lights and a tree will brighten things up internally? I'll admit, I needed the boost in happiness. Still didn't get our tree, but the little decor up around the inside of the house combined with the little bit of lights outside the house has really helped my spirits.

Hang in there my friend. This certainly has been an overwhelming year. We're fortunate to be here chatting together about it now. For several reasons. You all are always in my prayers. Baby S must be getting so big now! :)

My ears are really weird right now. Kind of blocked. Not that my ears correlate with anything of significance lol, but wanted to note.

Also, my oxygen level has dropped to 95/96 range. Very strange for me as it is always 98+. Always.
