A little update, because typing on my phone sucks. Either the keyboard is too small or my fingers are too big. I never get how today's generation can type with 200 hits per minute. Any terrorist organisation would be happy with that many hits..

Anyway, update. The ischias in my left leg is healing. I expect it to be OK this week.

The pain in neck, shoulder and arm is still bad most of the time, despite the increased medication. It comes and goes in waves. Doctor says it could take up to 12 weeks at least. I am now 7 weeks in. My kingdom for a good night's sleep. I wake up about 5-6 times a night and that sucks. At least I catch the reruns of South Park that I missed..

But it will be alright. I still do my daily walks, that distracts from the pain as well.and i keep saying that this just minor to what others go through.

I haven't been catching up much on the thread, but noticed a few things..

Sim, aka Moon Girl aka Experienced Weed Grower, glad to hear you are going back to work. You must be very excited and relieved about that!

CleverCreator, sorry to hear about your ongoing health problems. I wished there was some kind of improvement for you.
