I have a disturbing story to share that happened to my sister yesterday. She went to Walmart yesterday during the day and when she walked in the store she said she immediately felt off, like someone was watching her. She noticed a guy who kind of creeped her out. As she was shopping, every aisle that she went down, there he was. He was following her and she knew it. She even intentionally went into the little kids clothing section and boom, he appeared. She checked out and when she got outside she literally ran as fast as she could to her car, got in and locked the doors. Drove off right away and called the police. They ended up meeting her nearby so she could file a report. When the police got to her they were on the phone with Walmart and had already confirmed that surveillance showed her being followed out of the store. They're investigating and Walmart is helping and going through surveillance throughout the store to try to figure out when the guy started following her.

My sister is a mess. She was so shook up yesterday. In tears and all. She really thought she was never gonna see her kids again, which sounds extreme, but who knows what this guy was up to.

She got a follow up email from the police today and it sounds like this guy wasn't alone. Here's a screenshot that she sent to me from the cop. I blocked out the identifying info.

Keep your heads on a swivel ladies (and fellas).

She has a license to carry but didn't think she would need her weapon for a quick daytime trip to Walmart. She now says she will never leave the house again without it. She's too scared now to even go to certain stores. Thank God she was aware of her surroundings and her instincts got her out of there safely.

Damn, that's scary. Glad she called the police and I'm pleasantly surprised to hear Wal Mart is being so helpful. Keep us posted. Poor thing, I'd be freaked out too.
