It's still pretty bad but she's handling it well. I just finished helping her shower (she wore shorts lol). I helped her wash her hair. We took her boobies out of the compression bra and removed all of the gauze and omg...everything is SO bruised and SO swollen. Poor thing. Got her cleaned up and put the bra and fresh gauze back on. She's more uncomfortable than in pain right now, but she took a pain pill not long ago so I'm sure that helped.

This is so sad. I feel for her family. This is one of those captivating cases for me (and mini). We've both been following it. I know your daughter is also following it. I can't believe Brian was basically allowed to vanish. Probably with the help of his family. Such a shady situation.

I'm not so great with this sort of thing, physically. I get queasy seeing the fresh wounds lol. Not that I expected it to look good this soon, but man, I wasn't expecting what I saw! :\
