Yes, grains. gluten intolerance (wheat / barley / rye).
our wheat is dusted with glyphosate (RoundUp weed killer) just before harvest, to dessicate it...dry it out makes for easier harvesting of wheat. So actually people are experiencing inflammation from the toxic breads / breading.
And CORN ! unless it is organic. Corn is both dusted with glyphosate, AND has the glyphosate gmo'd right into the plant itself.
SO MANY of the problems people face with their health can be resolved by eliminating these foods. It does take some time and adjustment to new ways of cooking / eating but in about 2 months there will be a change for the BETTER...
There are many gluten free products on the market now because so many people are affected by this.
Both son and I have had inflammation issues in the past several years...completely solved / no return when we cut out ALL gluten / grains, except organic / gmo-free corn.
So many things contain gluten in our kitchens,,you can net-search these..even soy sauce, they make a gluten-free soy sauce.
How we eat? Home prepared foods. Meat / organic veggies / fruit / organic salads. That's all. But Schar's makes a nice gluten-free pizza crust so we can make our own pizza, yum.
My prayers for Mandi and these issues she suffers from ..

I buy those tiny bottles of wine. One bottle will last me for about a month LOL ! Back in my college days when everyone drank themselves into oblivion,,I didn't make it too far into the evening before my head was stuck into the toilet barfing (or out of the car window). Son can put back half a bottle of vodka while I sip maybe an inch of my wine.
Afraid to have any weed; I fear I would have to call EMS to the house.
I am not a fun partier..but hey I can make a good lard pie crust.

High school. Friend's father owned an ambulance conversion company...we sneaked one of the ambulances one night and were driving up and down Woodward Ave. with the lights and siren going. We got stopped by police, for taking the vehicle, and for bottles of booze we had and taken to the police station. Our parents were called to the police station, five sets of parents. Somehow we were let go without charges..maybe the rich dad who owned the ambulance company had some influence.

In addition to this, wheat has WAY more gluten protein in it than it did 50 years ago, probably another reason so many have developed sensitivities
