And mini talked me into going for a covid test afterwards, which ended up being a full doctor appointment (ugh!), so I haven't been home all day. I'm back now though! Are you still feeling really bad, or was Mini just wanting you to get tested to be sure? Closing went great and was pretty quick. The attorney's office was almost an hour away though, which made it a much longer process. I'm still all congested, and still have the cough going on. Very tired. Mini has been the same. She hasn't fully kicked whatever she's had going on since just after Christmas. She got seen too, and tested. The doctor I saw did a quick physical exam (checked my breathing, heart rate, ears, throat, eyes, etc.). She said to stay home until I get the test results, which should be 24-48 hours. And to take mucinex, not dayquil. Hope you and Mini are feeling better Sim. Sounds like it is already going on for so long for Mini too. Love and hugs to the both of you for a speedy recovery.  |

A little stronger each day. Still pretty limited. Do a task, rest repeat. Starting breathing exercises so that should help. I can sit couple hours with no oxygen and keep it 92-94. Soon as I start moving around it will drop to upper 80’s. PT will work with and I found great protocol on line to wean off oxygen. Started back to work this week! Did about 10 appointments. Thank goodness for telework option!! So glad that you are on the mend Isis. They did a great job at the hospital in getting you back on your feet for sure. It was a scary situation. But now hopefully step by step we get the "old" Earth Empress back! Please don't overdo it.  |

We totally shocked ourselves. We didn't even have a full team, it was just 5 of us. I laughed so loud and hard last night my throat is scratchy today. We took victory photos and everything. Added bonus- weather was just rain all night because the temp was hovering above freezing, so I was able to stay for the duration. Downside - temp stayed above freezing most of the night so we're not getting much snow. It's snowing now, I'd say we have 1/2". I'd be surprised if we made it to 2" total. |
