The lack of a requirement to evolve isn't equal to the theory of evolution being false.

This isn't the only species that hasn't evolved in nature. This lack of change over millions of years likely has to do with the fact there's no natural predators, and therefore no need to change.

scientific theories don't become fact since there is no higher than scientific theory in science. they can be both scientific fact and theory tho. which evolution is.

evolution isn't a fact... it is just a theory. when something is a fact, it means no other anomaly can disprove it. so far we have tissue and blood in dinosaurs fossils and extinct animals still alive. also the big bang and abiogenesis are all theories. unproved and cannot be repeated.

Also, why are you believing in the dinosaur blood thing? You should be rejecting it since it pretty much proves evolution. The bones and the stuff inside of it were extremely similar to ostriches and chickens.
