LOL..2? Sorry for my error. Its been this way since 2007. From 1987 to 2006 it was on the last weekened in October. So I would have to actually be 6 years old. Prior to 87 there were constant law changes as to when it began and ended.

First "oil crisis" we kept DST all year long and waited for the sun to come up half the day in the winter.
