Michio Aoyama, oceanographer at a Japanese government research institute: The magnitude of the recent spike in radiation, and the amounts of groundwater involved, have led , to conclude that radioactive cesium 137 may now be leaking into the Pacific at a rate of about 30 billion becquerels per year [Actually PER DAY], or about three times as high as last year. He estimates that strontium 90 may be entering the Pacific at a similar rate.

..and PBR. Goddamn, I used to drink PBR when it was cheap, white trash beer. Now when I drink it, I just fell mad about how it became a Hipsters beer and that makes me sad and want to drink even more. Then I get super sad and swith to vodka and end up waking up some weird place. Like in the attic or in the closet of the spare room snuggling with half eaten cake.

Could it be Fukushima already? I know we on the West Coast are not being told at all about the effects.
