The Chinese are doomed...

The USA has to do all the killing...It would look weird of China started running around doing the USA's job.

the USA the British empire the French empire the Chinese empire and the Russian empire.

are all on the security council.

They are all at the top...and all depend upon the USA.

The USA caves...they all go down.

1944...Bretton woods set this all up...and it was a means to an end.

and over the past 6 decades...arrival at the logical conclusion of the reasonable assumption...has been getting closer and closer exponentially.
