???? Pope Francis called right-wing Christian fundamentalism a sickness. (???)
Wow!!!

Pope Francis has been very clear about how he feels about ideological purity in religion. He’s been particularly critical of right-wing Christian fundamentalism. Pope Francis has shifted the focus of the Catholic Church to issues facing the poor and the sick. He has railed against economic inequality and has criticized the anti-gay and anti-abortion strains that have come to dominate the Christian Right here in America. Such ideological extremism is dangerous, not only to Christianity, but to the world. And Pope Francis said as much last Thursday.

Pope Francis called right-wing Christian fundamentalism a sickness.
During a daily Mass last week, Pope Francis called ideological Christianity “an illness” that doesn’t serve Jesus Christ. Instead, it “frightens” people and pushes them away from religion.

I'm not going to get into religious arguments. I'm just saying, keep an eye on what this Pope says and represents. These are the signs of the times.

I'm sharing so you all know it's out there.

How many time do I have to say the Rosary to make my illness go away? Or can I just buy a candle and mickey of holy water?

Well, he should know if his comrades are sick or not; he's a Pope so he's def qualified to gauge whether or not someone else is suffering from his malady.

Christians have been way too passive, the message shouldn't be "please ignore the creeping homosexual agenda being pushed on children, please ignore the loss of your culture/religion to foreigners from other nations, please ignore everything & continue to be a pushover."

Extremism is wrong, however today the extremists in power are on the left, not on the right. It's time Christians pushed back, it's time they denounce these "western values" that are not even values but abominations.

But that's my point, you say you believe in a character who was sacrificed. REALLY? And that's the sickness that is Christianity. HUMAN SACRIFICE is never ok, no matter how hard you try and justify it.

Nobody died for your sins. They STOLE that from the Original Testament and then twisted it.

It comes from the Scapegoat provision in the Book of Remembrance (so-called Old Testament--Levitical law). How the heck Gentiles managed to turn that into a human sacrifice ritual is beyond my understanding (unless their fallen angel fathers did it to MOCK the Most High which seems to be the case).

Christianity, at it's very root, is evil and wicked.
All Christians need a mental health check up, quite frankly. Not to mention the whole blood-drinking thing (that they glossed over and SAY they replaced with wine as a symbol).

John 6:53--"If you don't eat the flesh of the Son of Man (Adam's descendants), and drink his blood, you have no life in you."

THAT'S your Christianity, in all it's twisted human sacrificing glory.

SICK--just like your Pope.
