hahaha :) . wat would an emp nuke do though? like blow up people or knock out power?

( to make its effective range largest) Ground level emp wouldn't travel as far.. Especially if detonated on a barge. Underwater tsunami nuke more feasible A ground level EMP blast is a good 'ol nuclear detonation. EMP would be the last of our worries.
