So I'd go off human standby mode. My brain would reactivate after it was numbed from the surveillance antenna towers dotted about the land. I would hear the ground waves and the planet waves again. Oh sweet jesus I miss those sounds; the invasive electrics hurt so much.

I'd triangulate by the stellar rotation around the axis of the planet. I'd find water, number one. Number two, fire. Then, it's like urban camping. Just consider some desert lands where they live like that ALL THE TIME. Where the fuck did we come from a thousand years ago? Nobody ever heard of a razor scooter?

Sheesh. OMG, where did the X-box go? we're all gonna die!! What do you mean I have to wash my underwear by hand, in a barrel of water? What do you mean I have to poop in a bucket? C'mon, Californians and their earthquake, riot, fire, and mudslide survival training gets them through 2 weeks, and after that, we find a friggin' way to get things moving like old times. Provided, no invasion.
