The law as written is that if you take even one govt pay programme participant you cannot control your price structure for your services.
Imagine being forced to take what someone else demands you must take.

Remind yourself why a lawyer can charge you whatever he wants for even thinking about you, yet a doctor has to take flat rate no matter what.

I would advise everyone to go back and research the "2nd Bill of Rights" that came to life during the FDR era. In it, are the tenets of what the progressive left consider "human rights", which of course includes a "right" to a job with a "living wage" and a "right" to healthcare. It is a charter of what they believe the government MUST provide to the citizens and defines these provisions as "liberties". It is fundamentally a Marxist concept totally removed from the US Constitution as written and intended, which was a strict charter of what government COULD NOT do. This is fundamental Marxism, plain and simple.

If you listen to this quote from Obama, he melds what he considers to be "imperfections" in the US Constitution with his liberation theology upbringing. Liberation theology being nothing more that a contrived form of racial / ethnic Marxism, not too far removed from fundamental Naziism.

Of course, when you guarantee one citizen that the government MUST provide them something, you are also guaranteeing that citizen that the government will FORCE another citizen to provide it, in this case, the case of Medicaid, they want to FORCE doctors to perform services for another person against their will supposedly as the other person's "right". Forcing one person to provide for another person is by definition "slavery", which was also justified by the progressive Democrats in the Old South. This is simple a transfer of slavery from the poor and the ethnic minorities to the wealthy and the whites, liberation theology Marxism in its purest form. Enjoy!

If democrats keep the senate and regain the house in 2014 health insurance companies will be nationalized. That gives the government total control over one-sixth of the economy. That also sets a precedence for take over of any other industry in the US.
