If I had a definitive answer for you I wouldn't be a hungry ghost.

Maybe meditation. Spend some time being quiet with yourself. Maybe volunteering. Go to a shelter and volunteer to walk the dogs. Do something that isn't about you and your appetites. Maybe give something up, something you think you absolutely need. Maybe start exercising.

You have to find it for yourself, but doing something kind for others is always a good start. Yeah, I know that sounds like a cliche, but it really does help. For a little while, at least.
