"Now when was the last time a beaten down American did something like that?"

We've become soft. We did not suffer like those of the Great Depression and WWII, we've been mollycoddled and spoiled for at least three generations. If we don't show those bastards in Washington that they work for US, we deserve everything we get.

Keep fighting the good fight Lou! Can't count on our Congress to fight for this country. They've sold us out once again.

Congress is doing some listening. It's the Senate that is selling out Americans.

Unfortunately, only a 1/3 of the Senate maximum could be taken down in the fall vote this year, and that is the maximum.

Unless there start a whole series of criminal investigations in the Senators nefarious actions.

The right to freedom is speech is there, so why are Americans not using it? We saw how the illegals used this right and how this now is bring forth fruit, so why are Americans now not out on the streets like wise telling everyone how they feel? Americans either use it, or they will lose it.

I think one of the people on Lou's program tonight said we were looking at a $50 billion a year price tag for this Senate bill! Paid for by taxpayers, with no federal funding.

Both people being interviewed said this was amazing. One said this was the worst bill he has ever seen in the 25 years he has been observing the gov. They said it was very, very bad for the country as we all know.

Latest Dobbs poll

Do you believe the Senate's passage of what the president calls "comprehensive immigration reform" will:

Boost the president's approval ratings
1%
180 votes

Boost Democrats' approval ratings
6%
712 votes

Boost Republicans’ approval ratings
2%
214 votes

None of the above
91%

11469 votes
Total: 12575 votes

If American workers aren't bussed into Washington to storm the Congress in their MILLIONS before it votes then all is lost.

Good idea Boo.

This is an interesting situation because it crosses party lines. It is not a liberal/conservative issue, and that is something rare indeed. For the first time I can say that I am happy with the way my state voted! Georgia - 2 nays.

Yes the freedom of speech IS there, although some have discovered it's not quite cut out to be free. Aside from that, how many Americans are awake to what is going on? Yes, a lot here at GLP, and a few other websites, but many still don't even see what IS happening to our country. But the biggie? MONEY. And those marchers, well, let's just say they had their backs covered. Had attorneys on call,
for those that mightv'e lost their jobs. We don't have any political OR private group that has the funding to back us up. At least I'm not aware.

Re: Hispanics launch campaign to get Lou Dobbs off the air
So why did we get sold out? The talk is still on that Bush is investing billions towards this new fence or border...knowing it isn't what Fox wants...something just isn't adding up.
And I wouldn't be surprised that money gets misappropriated. Yea, big word. Describes though where a lot of our tax money goes, into nothing. Did you guys know Haliburton was given the contract to build this new fence/border, whatever it's to be? Or they say...
