they keep coming back to our door because my one dog is not fixed they want like 300! ...

This is only going to prompt the responsible pet owner to pay fines and the irresponsible pet owners will ignore this. I have first hand knowledge of this abuse as my neighbor was issued a citation for $1200 because he questioned the door to door reps. There is no way that they should have the power to impose fines without following protocol. Who has the power to issue citations? Why are they given power to do so at their own discretion? The victims of their prosecution are forced to appear in court?? These door to door sales men should be accountable for their actions. Who allows them to issue citations with no warning? A $1200 fine for the only member of our neighborhood who answered the door when the county came a calling????? Every other dog owner was not home to respond. You cannot impose a fine on the only person that stood up for his right to be a responsible pet owner. I, personally, do not own any pets. But, it irritates me that my responsible neighbors are being fined for no reason. A fix it ticket might have been warranted, but that is not what was issued. Who says they have to pay $1200 for nothing?

Why is that a bad thing?

Dogs need to be vaccinated/de-flead/de-wormed and chipped so they can be easily reunited with their owner.

Furthermore, if they aren't spayed and neutered there will be a huge number of unwanted and stray animals which is just cruel.

Not everything the government does is bad so stop whining.

I had a dog with spinal cancer before, they were in horrible pain and had to be put down.

And don't forget after you do all that. Pay the yearly renewal. I just hope they raise the license fee so we can take care of those unwanted animals.

I had a vet in CA turn me in once. It was a 5k dog that ate better than me and had better medical care than me. However I wasn't mutilating him or ruining his personality by cutting his balls off. Besides, they're his. God gave them to him and I have no right to take 'em. I also refused to register him. Like why on sweet fucking earth would I pay goddamned California a tax on my dog? Get out of my life assholes. Anyway, vet turned me in for not having a license. I tore them a new asshole to the point they filed a police report and banned me from their facility. My dog later developed cancer. One asshole rat at that vet cost them thousands of dollars in easy diagnostics and surgery.

Then the state came after me. First I told them I'd moved. The next time they tried it I told them the dog had died. Honestly, I love the little guy but I'd rather have him euthanized than pay for a dog license on principal alone. I have since left that toilet and will never return. My dog is alive, happy and healthy and I took that bullshit license money and spent it on toys and treats. Fuck California.

They are really probably trying to figure out how many animals there are and how much water they can save by offing them or tax's they can collect for allowing you to water them .

When I realized that the only reason for a dog license was for the city to rip me off and also corner me into getting the toxic vaccines for my beloved dog, I absolutely refused to buy into their bullshit. She was the most healthy dog and was with me for 15 years.

Then some years ago I learned the truth about how vets declaw cats. Well...they don't just declaw them, they cut the ends of their toes off. It would be like someone cutting your finger off to the first joint. Vets don't tell anyone the truth about that because if they did most people would be horrified, yet the vets damn well know what they do to those poor cats. So what else are they being deceptive about??? Vaccines is a big business for them so while they rake in the dough by poisoning your pet it should tell you they work for the pharmacueticals.

I would never have any pet vaccinated and I would never get a vaccine either. Vaccines were never meant to prevent anything. They weaken the immune system and spread disease.
