Re: Sedensky fears harassment of conspiracy theorists
Please ignore the awkward title of this piece:

"Weiss, known as Father Bob to almost everyone in the tight-knit community, was the first religious person on the scene. He said he felt an obligation to the souls lost inside until he got close enough to see heavily armed police officers still running into the school.

"Some of the officers had told me that I didn't want to see what was in those classrooms,'' Weiss said. "I didn't think there was a need to go into the school.''

Weiss said a prayer for the dead near the front entrance and then went back up to the nearby firehouse. It was then that he began to realize the enormity of the tragedy facing the families of the dead and the town itself."

Some of the apologists here have stated that the reason EMS was kept out was to avoid contaminating the crime scene; yet police asked Fr. Weiss inside?

Seems unlikely given the activity at the 2m56s mark of this vid.

Consider the pyschological manipulation behind that logo.... it's subliminal of course but when i see this, i see great effort to entrance with artist's use of blues, greens added with the nature theme ...

And yes the hand as tree *is* creepy. Someone is trying too hard.

My words exactly, NOBODY.. and if someone would have told me I could not see the body of my child, I would have went ballistic. Photographs? Matter of fact I looked up the law, they can't tell you, you are not allowed to see the body.

Sick world we live in..
 Quoting: LadyK74

They most certainly can stop you from seeing the body while the body remains in the crime scene, and there is no 'law' that says otherwise.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 49935200

Yes, maybe, BUT.. the parents could have viewed the body at the morgue. That did not happen. They can't tell you "No, sorry you can't see the body". Heck, Hubbard's child was identified by a LEO that was assigned to them.

Yes you read that right, these parents (and Mrs Hubbard is even creepier than the Parkers) did not even identify their child by photo, the assigned police officer did.

Swansong can provide you with that reference, there was a video/interview about it and an article if I remember right.

Re: Sedensky fears harassment of conspiracy theorists
There are so many "holes" in the official story no amount of new releases of BS, regardless of how effective the narrative (Vanity Fair article---Another faculty member, Vicki Soto, who taught first grade, entered the school visibly stressed because she had spilled coffee on her sweater. She had parents coming in that day to help her students build gingerbread houses, and, fearful of looking unkempt in front of her guests, she marched fretfully into the nurse’s office to work on getting the stain out. Hochsprung followed after Soto, keen to help. Moments later, Soto emerged with a smile, stain-free and with a new lease on the day.)--- quite the impression of facts, but from whose direct eyewitness account?

One layer after another of BS has been added over the last few months in a desperate attempt to convey alternate information leading away from the real contentions--- NO motive, no evidence on the public side of the table which can be verified by even simple, basic procedures of standard investigations, as to the killer and no genuine Court ready evidence of the very crime itself.

I found plenty of evidence which refutes the official media story, especially key photographs with time stamps well before the incident, or in Rosen's case a picture of him doing his lame "the kids were right here" at around 6 am that Friday morning. A picture of that same room subtly changed with the release of another photo on Monday morning. So he changed his living room that week-end for a photo-op? NO matter where you want to poke around the official un-official narrative--- most of those media details are as phony as a three dollar bill... but as time goes on even the phony details get fuzzier and the new layers of BS just fill in the blanks as if this case was already solved.

Re: Sedensky fears harassment of conspiracy theorists
I wonder if Sedensky considers Sandy Hook moms "conspiracy theorists?"

In emails leaked to the Courant, Asst. State'S Atty Sugrue mentioned a proposal to "allow the written consent of one immediate next of kin" – to accommodate one parent's "desire to obtain records that relate to her son." But, he added, that might be unfair to "the other families if one member thereof gives the consent."

Thread: Sandy Hook parents being denied access to information on their own children

Apparently the "ghoulish citizens" trying to get information about Sandy Hook include the parents of the deceased.

Sedensky's statement that he fears harassment by conspiracy theorists..

Well it seems they sure like to be active on Conspiracy forums and blogs. I posted a while ago that we had some very interesting visitors.

Today an ISP from the US Senate showed up.. they went to the Sofia Smallstorm article and another post on insanemedia and stayed there for 50 Minutes..

That's a long time to spent on an "outrageous conspiracy blog" isn't it..

Sedensky's request for a stay has been DENIED.

But he has given until December 4 for Sedensky to make another appeal before they can be released?

Re: Sedensky fears harassment of conspiracy theorists
Well tomorrow is a big day, so I'm bumping the thread. I sure hope that the AP will publish them right away. I read that they wanted to prevent partial leaks of the calls, so maybe we will not have to wait for the AP to publish them.

"Newtown First Selectman Pat Llodra recently said the tapes should be released in full in order to prevent partial leaks of the recordings"

I was going through the news and found this:

[link to www.npr.org]

For nearly a year, the AP has been asking for an opportunity to review the tapes, which will now be released Wednesday to the news cooperative in addition to other media organizations. The AP will review the tapes' content and determine what might meet its standards before releasing material to subscribers.

Calls that were made from cellphones and routed to state police dispatchers are not among the tapes to be released. Those include calls from a woman who was injured in the foot and a parent who called from inside a conference room during the shooting, according to documents released last week by prosecutors. The calls are the subject of a separate, pending freedom of information request by the AP.

Newtown officials are making copies of the tapes available Wednesday in the Danbury offices of attorneys for the town

Nice, so they have filed another FOI request with the CSP for the cell phone 911 calls, I wonder if they will put up another fight for them as well...

The time of release will be 2 PM, I'm going to update as soon as I know more.

GLP'ers, remember Hoboken , NJ..the dead body and the Kindergarden teacher reference.

NOW..the sources are officials speaking on anonymity ..listen again..

go to 3:34, Hoboken reference shortly after:

Thing is, that Scott Vollmer guy lives right there in Hoboken...
 Quoting: LadyK74

If you look at many of the "mother worked in school" reports, they didn't actually say "Nancy Lanza" worked at the school--just that the shooter's mother did. Reporters, upon hearing that Ryan/Adam Lanza was the suspect, then grafted Nancy Lanza's name onto the early reports, and started saying "Nancy Lanza worked at the school." But as the early part of LadyK74's clip shows, the eyewitness never once said Nancy Lanza--just referred to the shooter being a son of a kindergarten teacher.

Another important thing to note--in McCarren's interview, Cox didn't actually specify that the kindergarten teacher worked at Sandy Hook School. She just said the shooter was "a kindergarten teacher's son."

So we're talking kindergarten teachers possibly from other schools--some teachers work or sub at multiple schools--and possibly educational assistants who worked specifically with K students, in Newtown.

Interestingly, PlasMan said a Haggerty made a 911 call; if that's true, that adds another potential teacher to the list of mothers with sons. I'm definitely continuing to keep Vollmer in mind, but there are others to consider, too.

Nancy Lanza may be this woman Annie Haddad. Compelling video:
