See you are operating the way the government operates. It operates on "should". SHOULD we do this? SHOULD we do that? Right now there is no limit on what it may do other than "should". As far as I'm concerned, Medicare, Medicaid, and Obamacare are unconstitutional. The government has no power to provide health care to anyone, by any means, except maybe soldiers.
