Did people who had bad parents/ childhoods "choose" to have that experience before they were born?

Is all the stuff about forgiveness and positive thinking a distraction? You seem to believe the true secret to life is living in the moment which is easier and harder than all the other stuff.

Are you able to manifest situations and solutions in your own life? If so, how? Is that also a matter of being in the moment?

Having the guts to go outwards with the pain of loosing a terrific love child this way,
brought forward only sad statistics nobody talks about publicly (sadly it's more than 70% so far).

Help me find out what I'm here to do- what do I have to offer ? What is my soul yearning for ?

I think many people today have lost the interest in money because they now know this system is not going to last forever. They can see it crumbling, therefore it might feel as a waste of time to save up money when chances are that it can be taken away in an instant if/when everything crashes.

I know its the same with education, many people put their life on pause, because they feel as if theres not time left to accomplish anything before ''it happens''.

I also had theese feelings for a long time, and basically i found that the problem was more that the new me, didnt fit into my old job, my old group of friends and how i used to live before.

Maybe thats your problem also?

You have a wandering mind my friend, and i know exactly how it feels like. I had one myself for 28 years of my life.

A wandering mind is a result of unprocessed negative thoughts. The more unprocessed thoughts you have, the more your mind will ''wander''.

Its a very natural reaction to everything you have gone through. And it happens to everyone who seeks the spiritual path of enlightement one way or the other. So dont blame yourself for it =)

You have filled your mind with things that the reptile part (the survival part) of your brain ''doesnt like''. It subconsicously understands that all these new mindsets of yours will clash with your current reality, therefore its fighting against it.

Your reptile part of the brain is trying to warn/scare/fool you into beliving that if you accept all these things as true, you will have a hard time. The reptile part of the brain wants to stay where its already safe, it doesnt want to change.

Now this is the mindfuck you have to get over. You have to trust yourself and feel what you know is true 100%. Find everything that goes against your own inner feeling of truth and face it. Get it out of your head, find a way to overcome it and make room for the new you.

When there is no doubt or fear left to ''make a mess'' in your mind it will be easier to stay in the now. And thats the only place you will find the ''clear thoughts'' you are seeking.

Your mind is like your house, it needs cleaning every now and then.

An awakening is about stilling your mind, its about removing all negativity that makes your thoughts wander back and forth. Its about learning to live right now, instead of in the future or the past. Its about letting go.

Nobody knows when it will happen, or how it will happen, all we know is that its getting closer.

It can happen in some days, in some years, or maybe even in a decade, or more. None of us really know for sure.

All of this is holding a lot of people in limbo. And this is a stage on the path that a huge amount of people seem to struggle with (i did also). Many get stuck in this state for a long long time.

It can be very hard to just go out and do what you deep inside know is what you have to do. Because we all know what it is that has to be done to accomplish happiness.

Yes even you know deep inside of you what it is that you have to do to make your life work as you want it. But fear is holding a dark blanket over certain parts of your ''imagination'', meaning that some beliefs you have, are problably colliding with your true inner path. In a way you cannot create the thought which will lead to the ''solutionthought'' that you are seeking. This is because like mentioned earlier you have beliefs/definitions/conclusions that is not in agreement with what you know as the truth. Thinking the solutionthought is not possible because it would be an irrational thought based upon your current beliefs.

All fear is limitations. And the more fear you have in your life, the more blind are you for solutions.

And when the solution cannot be seen, the only solution is to remove fear.

Fear is a repeptive emotion that repeats itself until its removed by creating a certain understanding and acceptance, that makes it possible to let it go.

The mistake many people do is that they jump straight into their biggest problems and fears at first. Which i just want to say is not unimpossible, but it can be hard for many people.

Sometimes it can be smarter to start small, face some smaller fears first. Or just simply start enhancing your life in every way possible. Get to know friends that have similiar life views, meet new people, create a happy surrounding around yourself, to create the strength needed to overcome the bigger issues.

Every day we all have thousands of possibilities to enhance our life, some small, and some bigger. Its all about grabbing the opportunities, being brave enough to TRY and following the process of progress. You can do something for yourself everyday. The trick is to fall in love with change and progress while listening to your inner self. If you manage that, everything will go by itself.


I work on large wooden sailship, where im so lucky to be able to work 350 hours a month for 5 months a year and the rest off the year off. I am though in a process of trying to become even more free from this ratrace so im currently saving money to buy a sailboat of my own, and then save some more and go sailing some years.

I know that when i come back i will find a job, i know that i will find a solution to whatever i need to make happen so that i can establish myself again. I am not afraid of the future or not ''surviving'' because i live right NOW =)

The first question is a difficult one to answer. But what i FEEL is the truth when i listen deep deep inside of me is that yes, some parts of this reality is preplanned by ourself and other souls that we are connected to outside of this realm in advance before we are borned. Now i dont know if the experiences itself are chosen in advance, but i feel that certain persons in my life are people that ive known for a much longer time than this lifetime.

Many times ive also felt like everything is just one big simulation but that has mainly been because of all the synchronities that now has become more obvious to me. Synchronities that always where there, that i simply just didnt have the mind to spot before.

With synchronity i mean things that happen in the ''future'' which is a result of a manifestation in the mind.

I have no shadow but a doubt anymore about our possibilites to create our own reality because ive done it several times during the last 6 months. I have for example met people in my life that i knew i would meet weeks or months in advance before it happend. Its a very strange feeling and im not really sure how to explain this.

For example, some months ago i was sitting in bed reading a book, and then suddenly a thought just appeared in my mind. I thought about that it would be really cool to meet a spiritual person at my own age who doesnt live that far away from where i live. Someone i could just go over and hang with if i got bored or wanted to talk more deeper stuff with. And then while i was thinking about this, like right after i had this other feeling of happiness coming at me also. And it was so weird, because right there in that moment i understood in a very sincere way that this would actually happen.

And well some month after, i met that guy =)

Funny thing was that the day i met him (i was together with another friend of mine), we only talked about 10 minutes. But i said to my other friend that there was something special about this guy, and that we should try to get to know him.

3 days after i had the deepest spiritual conversation ive ever had face to face with anyone with this guy. We clicked together immedeatly.

The trick is to be grateful for what you want to happen! Do not wish for something to happen. But create it inside your head and accept it as truth for it to happen. You have to learn how to control your inner feeling into a certain vibrational match for what you want to manifest.

If you cant find that vibration, you will have to try to spot a synchronity in your life that you already subconsciously have created. If you manage to do that, you will feel this feeling that you are looking for in this moment.

Spirituality is a lot about learning to spot different feelings you dont know you have, and then learn how to create them from within your heart and apply them into your life.

I do belive that pretty much anything is possible in this reality we are living in. But i think that some certain things that are very ''far out there'' cannot be manifested into the world by a single being. Drastically changing something in this reality has to be done as an agreement of many souls, or atleast thats how I SEE THIS =)

There is so much we have infront of us to learn, but i do not belive we will see any of this wisdom before we have freed our planet. Only then will there be space for humanity to flower into full potential.

You are a phony. The only spiritual guide is the holy spirit which is of God. Maybe you have some spiritual gifts like discernment, wisdom and knowledge as per the bible. Maybe you should read the bible and understand who you are before making unfounded comments.

You are right. Self acceptance, in the most grand sense imaginable, is key.

If you don't mind I would like to contribute some thoughts I have on this subject. I find it fascinating and I am unable to resist.

You mentioned that most often our key answers are right in front of us. After one discovers his or her 'truth' the individual in question cannot believe it was such a simple and available solution all along.

Rather than seeking specific answers we should begin to understand the mechanism by which the answers are brought into our awareness.

I believe each of us exists in our own subjective puzzle of auto-hypnosis. We are an awareness that exists in a reality of its own configuration and constant reconfiguration. The word 'ego' is used far too much in New Age circles; nevertheless ego is that which our consciousness has convinced itself to be other than the awareness that it is.

Understanding and actually perceiving this truth requires, as you have stated, a presence in the now. I agree with you wholeheartedly that meditation is almost superior when conducted with eyes open.

Anyways, I believe the process is as follows:

All that you perceive through the five senses and understand with your thoughts is a direct result of the beliefs and definitions the awareness of I AM has accepted as an identity anchor for perception. Literally EVERYTHING in your awareness is a result of this adopted identity filter. Understand that every infinite possibility exists now in the present however you are only conscious of a finite spectrum that your beliefs allow you to experience.

So why is the key always something simple and obvious that was always right there? Well, when you BELIEVE you are ready for an answer one will arise according your set of definitions. The answer will always come in the most obvious form according to your beliefs. The awareness of I AM will perceive the solution in a manner that follows the path of least effort and resistance from the ego it has established.

Again these are just my beliefs... They may not shape your world. Many will not be able to comprehend this message altogether.

Clearly there is a difference between that which the ego wishes to believe and what is actually believed, assimilated, and experienced in the present by one's true awareness. For ages mankind has encountered synchronicity and understood the awesome world-shaping potential of the human mind. However, to utilize such a force one is alone to find the key because the power which drives it is the individual awareness of I AM. So my question is:

“What key or answer will my awareness allow itself to perceive from your response?”
