the forbidden fruit is .... sex, Eve's "no no place". It was forbidden cuz Adam's her flockin' brother! ( Eve was made from Adam's Rib ) .... The serphant or 'snaky' was Adam's ding dong .... They covered themselves after because seeing eachothers 'thingys is what tempted them in the first place ... they were shamed, naughty siblings who were banished from Eden.

I believe the fruit symbolises sex.

Adam and Eve were told not to have sex, but Eve seduced Adam. - That was the 'forbidden' fruit.

KNOWLEDGE!

There are TWO trees of knowledge.

One is God, the "tree" of knowledge of Good, His fruit is Truth and Life.

The other is Satan, the "tree" of knowledge of Evil, his fruit is Lies and Death.

Adam (men) and Eve (women) had their memories of what they had done as spirit-beings in heaven (war in heaven - Rev. 18), wiped clean, so they (WE) could start anew.

They began to eat from the "tree" of knowledge of Good (God) and He (God) walked with them in the Garden, teaching them personally about Good.

Then Satan, the "tree" of knowledge of evil (opposite of live), took over (possessed) a serpent animal [this was allowed by God to test Adam (men) and Eve (women)] and began to deceive Eve (women) first.

Eve, as soon as she began to believe the lies that Satan told her, through this serpent that could "miraculously" speak, started to become human, as opposed to knowing she was a spirit-being CLOTHED with a human body.

That was the really big lie that Satan told Eve, and then Adam, and continues to tell Adams and Eves today - that we are ONLY human.

Continuing with what really happened... Eve (women) went in search of Adam (their men), having been instructed by Satan on what to do to become as "gods" (to become FULLY human really). And that was SEX.

Eve got Adam to have sex with her, and in doing so, they (beings of light) became their human bodies (i.e. their "awareness"/centre-of-being was transferred "outside" to the human body).

BECAUSE of this, their (human) eyes were "opened", and suddenly they "knew" they (now the human animal instead of the being of light) were NAKED, whereas before they KNEW they were NOT naked, because they believed and KNEW that they were not really human but a BEING OF LIGHT CLOTHED WITH A HUMAN BODY.

That is what Satan achieved. The fruit was his lies, he was the tree of knowledge of evil, and that is why Christ said:-

"Marvel not when I say ye must be BORN AGAIN" (become your spirit-being again instead of your human, so as to REVERSE the fall).
