I do not think there is a Parent that bothers to actually get up in the morning, possibly prepare breakfast and pack a lunch would intentionally pack "Junk".
That makes it seem like you have some notion that there is high percentage of incompetent parents packing brown bags with "JUNK". I guess you think it is like 50-75%, a national epidemic of some sort.
Yes the epidemic of obese children in not snacks, junk food, but a parent preparing lunch and putting it in a bag, consisting of a sandwich, a fruit and maybe chips.
Holy Christ they might of even packed some left over spaghetti and vegetables from the dinner the night before.
