All that up and down, diapers on diapers off, carry me, zipping, snapping, bathing, picking up the toys etc., Honestly, it can take its toll. Then there is GLP. enter, space, refresh, type comments.... Can you get a family member to babysit for a weekend and just rest your hands and wrists... |

Can be any where. Lately it's been right bicep. Throbs for a few seconds like maybe less than a minute then eases up. Sort of like cramps or Charlie horses in slow motion. But hurts like hell and is very annoying and tiring. You are not alone in this. . One of the most important aspects of conspiracy theories is being able to discern when there isn't one. Oh yeah, like you'd understand anyway. Where are we going and why am I in this handbasket?. . .J. Handy |

Do you also have pain in your back, hips and feet? Do you run low fevers? Digestive problems? Other signs of inflamation? Quoting: Anonymous Coward 49984576 Back - no Hips - no Feet - no, though occasional spurs, go away on their own Low Fevers - Not terribly unusual for me, one day max. Digestive problems - Tough stool causing fissures Inflammation - Psoriasis, fairly well managed. :ritd:"You've been left on your own, like a Rainbow in the Dark" -Ronnie James Dio:ritd: |

Your body is breaking down tissue and bones to get these vital compounds. Take half level teaspoon of pink sea salt to fruit juice - dilute to taste. Reduce salt if too salty for you. After couple of weeks should start to get much better. Will also stop teeth hurting if they are sensitive. Quoting: Lacking salts 50039760 Funny you say that...I've been occasionally drinking distilled drinking water which they say can pull minerals out of the body. Hmm I have heard that distilled water can kill you if you drink to much of it. Don't know if its true or just a myth, but maybe you should stop drinking it for a while and see if the pains go away. Normal water can kill you too by the way, when you drink to much of it. You are free to do as we tell you! |

If you don't get relief from these then go to your MD. You can try Epsom Salts baths/ soaks to see if that helps. Feel better soon . |

Hmm Was going to say you were having bone density issues then saw this. Try gripping a doorknob and twisting it. If it hurts, it's a bone density thing. Pre-menopausal or early-onset. Prolly shouldn't have drank all that soda. The other pain sounded like shingles. |
