This little guy needs help. Not in going with the flow, but treatment. Can't anybody say "NO"! It's a good time to start. No your not a girl ! No you can't dress like that. No you can't play with that dolly. "NO!" But here's what they can do, show him (not her) and guide him (not her). I don't see the problem with this. I do believe that people can be born the wrong gender. I doesn't make sense to think other wise, considering all of the other crazy "body malfunctions" that are proven to exist. However, at this age I don't think that living life as the opposite sex is nessacery. I think that a child of this age should live as their current gender until old enough to fully understand their body and these types of things. This poor child has a long road ahead of him and I hope that everything works out okay.

Not true. At that age I knew that I was attracted to the same sex. I didn't know what it was called, but I knew. Not saying you're wrong about someone implanting this idea into the childs head, just saying that at this age it's perfectly possible to know your gender identity.
