This is proof that world governments are dumping Genetically Modified Viruses (GMVs)on unwitting populations. We are being experimented on and it's been going on for years. There are military uses as well as civilian. Nobody is safe. These viruses can remain dormant for long periods of time and can be triggered in multiple ways.

There are experiments on dispersement systems such as Arial Spraying, Vehicle Dispersement, water systems deployment, and using insects in the environment to spread viruses.

The US Government has been using animals and Americans as lab rats and are finding ways to turn citizens into easily manipulated zombies. They want to use viruses to modify our behavior to decrease resistance in conflict zones, as well as in religious attendance in prayer and worship services.
