Sorry to inform you but the Bible Jesus didn't exist so he can not come back if he didn't exist in the first place. So you will be waiting for a whole lifetime just like the countless lifetimes before you waiting for the Jesus to come back and I can assure you it won't happen. In fact I guarantee there won't be a Jesus coming back.

I would say that there is a great change you will do that very thing, one way or another.

I've always got this fire in me to the end of the world, even before I accepted Jesus as my Lord and Saviour, and this fire continues burning inside me. I want to see the world during the Tribulation, and I want to witness to the people who was left behind for they did not accept Christ!

I've always been interested in events such as the tsunami, tornadoes, etc, and I always hope to be part of all that happens so that I can capture it on video, etc. Scenes from movies such as Deep Impact, final scene of Terminator 3 when multiple nuclear bombs are launched, and even Twister, etc. I want to be a part of all that!

I have asked the Lord for the same thing. There are some who will need guidance. I used to think otherwise. I wanted to leave this place and let the earth burn. But what a difference one year makes in growing in grace with the Father.

I started praying months ago for the gift to love people the way the Lord does, even people I do not know or are not good to me. I wanted to understand through the Father's love so I asked him for this gift relentlessly. And now lately, I have found myself asking him to stay and help in the time they will need someone. I know this is the Father changing my heart which I am thankful for.

I know there will be darkness in th world, but we still have light from those who know the Father, and are guiding the best without anger, provoking, or corruption.

I do understand it is good to be silent, but if one can overcome and has self control of emotions showing the light and giving wisdom to those who will consider it, then that is good too.

There is a time of silence for the scripture tells us so, but I don't have that will power from the Father yet. I tried and prayed for it, but it is not my will but the Fathers will. And now I find myself asking him to let me stay here and not be silent. But I do know that there will be a time of darkness and silence.

Either I am banned and rejected, or the Father takes me away through his will, it is still all his will no matter how the light goes away. I have made efforts to stay, but does the world want the light from those seeking it or who have it?

There are troubling times coming though. It would be wise to keep the candles lit as long as you have them.

When the Father is ready to take the light away, those who know the Father will be silent. They will know because they know the Father and know when it is time. It could vary for people, but eventually the light does go out. Not because I say so but scripture tells us so.

Evidently this notion of mass global genocide appeals to many, as they prepare for they're "Lord's return" or "Second Coming."
Exciting stuff, particularly for those who lead dull or traumatic lives and who may not wish to live any longer.

Prediction:

Its sad you will live your life and none of this will happen. You will end your life wandering why your savior god never returned because you were to brainwashed to do any research on the matter and chose to live a life of delusion.

Not sure about the rapture but yeah I'm with Jesus Christ whatever happens.

I don't think you are good enough to even understand what Christianity is, because you don't know Jesus Christ.

The true rapture comes through Meditation. The Rapture is a state of mind it don't litterally happen in a Jesus coming back.. The Bible is to be read symbolically not literally.

It is called PITI:

Wrong. The Bible should be taken LITERALLY, and yes, LITERALLY, God created the Heavens and the Earth in six days. We were created from dust, and so as the rapture happens, we will LITERALLY be taken up above.

Jesus has always and will always be simple, straightforward. Why confuse the Bible with "states of mind", "enlightenment" when all these are just up to human to interpret if it's to be taken SYMBOLICALLY? The Bible has written by the authors who have been blessed by the Holy Spirit is to be taken LITERALLY.

So you believe all of it should be taken literally? If so, you might not be a Christian, but a sunni or unorthodoz

I understand Christianity very well.The Bible Jesus himself, while speaking to His followers and disciples, says explicitly that He told them parables, because they would not understand the truth. In other words he told them fiction stories, that masked a hidden meaning. Even more damning is that the disciples and followers didn’t even understand the parables.

Remember these people that understood not, i.e. disciples, were the first generation of Christians after the(supposed) death of a Jesus. They were the first to go out into the world, and even they did not understand what Jesus said.

Those that picked up the mantle from these first generation disciples and followers, are today’s preachers and televangelists. How much less do they understand? Their learning comes from the disciples and authors of the New Testament books. Today’s Christian foghorns depend on their learning from the same people that didn’t understand what Jesus was preaching.

Christians are pushing their illiterate theory that every word in the Bible is factual and literal, (except when they want to add their own lies to the stories).

I don't quite care of the labels, Christian, Catholic, Christianity, Catholicism, Sunni, Unorthodox, etc, etc, etc... All I care about is my relationship with Jesus, and that's ALL THAT MATTERS! Such labels are JUST LABELS. The word "Christian" wasn't even coined by Jesus himself. Who cares? Jesus asked to follow Him, and so will I! LITERALLY! What's the symbolic meaning to that!? Why confuse yourself? Why deviate from THE TRUTH!?

Jesus did tell parables sometimes, and people did understand those parables, true Christians do. Parables are good teaching tools. This doesn't make the bible metaphorical. The bible is still literally true.
