The Office of the Gene Technology Regulator (OGTR) is on its way to approve a licence application from PaxVax Australia (PaxVax) for the intentional release of a GMO vaccine consisting of live bacteria into the environment in Queensland, South Australia, Western Australia and Victoria.

According to the regulator, it qualifies as a limited and controlled release under section 50A of the Gene Technology Act 2000 (the Act).

PaxVax is seeking approval to conduct the clinical trial of a genetically modified live bacterial vaccine against cholera. Once underway the trial is expected to be completed within one year, with trial sites selected from local government areas (LGAs) in Queensland, South Australia, Victoria and Western Australia. PaxVax has proposed a number of control measures they say will restrict the spread and persistence of the GM vaccine and its introduced genetic material, however there is always a possiblity of these restrictions failing and infecting wildlife and ecosystems.

Aerial vaccines have used in the United States directed towards animals by the use of plastic packets dropped by planes or helicopters. Sanofi (who is one of the largest vaccine manufacturers in the world) has subsidiary companies such as Merial Limited who manufacture Raboral, an oral live-virus poisonous to humans yet distributed wildlife in the masses.

This bullshit, the paxvax cholera vaccine tests were not done by aerosol. They had a sample group of a thousand people, with a single dose. Spraying out of a plane for vaccination purposes for cholera in Australia is stupid. We have 2 to 6 cases a year here and there usually brought back from overseas.

And by the way Aerosol vaccines are new science very unstable and not as effective. If you can't vaccinate someone with a direct spray onto the mucosa then dumping into the wind behind a plane is one of the stupidest things I have ever heard.

What people should be concerned with is weather manipulation and planes in Australia. In Queensland in 2011 we had the worst flooding in our states history something like 70% of the state declared a disaster zone. From 2008 to 2010 we had another disaster taking place in a major drought and our Government went looking for a solution. They signed deals with Australian Rain Technology and even the king of Thailand to start cloud seeding and weather manipulation. These took effect in a big way and its been buried big time.

Don't believe me type Queensland Cloud seeding into Google and look for MSN articles they are there.

I recently engaged in a conversation with a famous researcher and author of books about secret societies. Not Mark D. (FYI). Someone much more credible and older, I won't say who..
However, I was very shocked when he brought up chemtrails. He doesn't believe in them. His Main reasoning was: "why would anyone, pilots in particular, allow chemicals to be sprayed on their own family". It is a good point.. Say you have a chemtrail plane pilot flying a mission over, let's say, LA. This pilot has family in LA. Why would this pilot spray his own family?

My response, which I think he either discounted, or worse , my fear is, he ignored, was that the pilots don't know what they're spraying. In all likelihood, they are picked because they fit a certain profile: Statist, collectivist, etc. They are likely told that what they are spraying is good. They may be told it's an aluminum shield to protect us from global warming? Or, as this article proposes, it's medicine, to make us all safe and healthy? So the question is- is this article, and what the Aussies are claiming it to be, legit? Or is this really just a cover story???

A simulated 'Briefing' before Chemtrail OP over Chicagoland would go something like this.
Pilot and crew are assembled for a refueling jet, pretty much all the same controls, procedures and routines except refueling booms have been replaced with spray nozzles.

"You and your crew will be disbursing a 'harmless' solution over the predetermined flight plan shown. ALL air traffic will be cleared from the operational area and you will be flying 'in the dark' with no ATC comms or transponder at 30,000 ft. A deviation from the flight plan 'may' be required for proper coverage."

So another question ... how do you determine from the ground whether or not you're seeing a chemtrail or a contrail?

I knew it must be a fed operation when there was no coordination between the NOAA high resolution satellites and the Chemtrail ops over Chicagoland. The NOAA satellite would pass over Chicagoland 'after' the daylight Chemtrails, so I was able to download the hires images of the Chemtrail grid. Working out the GPS lat lon and the grid measurements was easy since the known Chicago landmarks were underlaid right there to measure from in the imagery.
