yeah, exept we KNEW they were coming and decided to use "remember Pearl Harbor" to rally the country. guess we got a look at OUR national character too!!!

to be expected, Japanese government is modeled after the western, even the Chinese GOV is like this. every GOV is the same. what makes them different are the local citizens and their culture. when you compare governments from different countries side by side, their are no difference in appears or the way they behave
