You do realize that all she has to do is say he hit her, and he goes to jail and she stays in the house. Then she gets a restraining order and then he is really fucked. The police will see it as a domestic dispute, and him being the guy - he's automatically the bad guy.

If she has a single bill in her name going to that address or her drivers license lists that address you're screwed. She can legally claim residence and must be evicted. Usually that requires 30 days notice but you would need to look that up for your state.

Go online and find an eviction notice, legalzoom should have one that is legit and cheap. Issue it to her and get her to sign it. If she won't call the cops or a lawyer. Ideally she would get the notice notarized but its unlikely she will do that. Either calling the police, having a legal witness so the notice receival or maybe video recording the event are your only options.

Immediately cancel your conveniences in the house. Stop buying food that she likes. Absolutely no alcohol. Cancel Tv. Cancel internet. If you have a smart phone capable of tethering internet you can at least make due with that.

Get rid of the TV entirely as well as other things she might like. Rent out a storage unit and put your expensive shit into it. If she questions your motives just tell her you're moving on and making life changes and you no longer see the value in TV. If she is going to squat in your home that's fine but you have no legal requirement to make it comfortable for her. She can't call the police if you get rid of your TV.

Most importantly throw away all your junk food. She sounds like the kind of person that doesn't like to cook for themselves. TelTell her your going on a diet and only buy foods that are complicated and time consuming to cook. Dry beans, rice, potatos, whole fresh fish, oysters, lamb legs. No soda no juice no junk foods of any type. Only water. Again, she as no legal way to find cell you to feed her for free however she wants. If she is use to a style of living and doesn't want to give it up you need to abandon that style completely.

Finally, consider investing in a video system for your house. Things could get a lot worse if she attempts filing fabricated police reports on you. Get a video system set up in the house and only deal with her where there are cameras rolling. Or just immediately move out of the house. If its an apartment break the lease and get the fuck out. She can squat all she wants in an empty place until the landlord removes her.
