CCTV Footage Shows Aussie Train Ticket Inspector Slamming Teenage Girl Into Ground

CCTV footage shows the moment a teenage girl was slammed into the ground by a Melbourne ticket inspector after failing to pay for her fare.

The vision, obtained under a Freedom of Information request, shows the 15-year-old girl being dropped on her head at the Flinders Street station on July 31.

The inspector works for Melbourne’s rail operator Metro, which conducted an investigation and found he exercised his responsibilities in a reasonable manner.

Other footage from the incident shows a different girl spitting in the face of another of the inspectors, who then puts her in a headlock.
