For the love of God, woman, please add the names Vivianza and Uliane to your Word dictionary so the distracting red lines under them will go away once and for all.

Just messing with you... hf

actually i have, repeatedly, but every day when i open up word again they seem to have vanished from the dictionary. I am so sick of telling word that i like them spelled that way. Not sure how to fix it, and i am lazy so i decided to ignore it rather than hunt for the problem. Tell you what, i will make the effort to do it before taking screen caps!!

by the way = thanks for looking at the screen caps!!

Have you tried Adobe InDesign instead of Word? I prefer InDesign over word. Also there are specific book writing software. Scrivener is good too.

Here's an article on how InDesign is great for writing books:

Also GG, if you are worried about your daily word-count, here's a book which I came across, on how to increase your word count.

hi - thanks for the tip. I actually have inDedsign. As a graphic designer i have to have and use all the adobe tools. But i was never a big fan of indesign, lol. I dont like the way it looks. When i started college all i knew was photoshop, and i rebelled against all other programs for some reason. They did convert me into a big-time illustrator fan, but sadly they could not foster any lov ein me for inDesign. It does have really good functions, i will admit, and there are projects that come across my desk that I know i have to use indesign for, but i never go to it willingly yet. I suppose i should work on that. I am a creature of habit. It actually took me a long enough time to learn how to write on a computer in word at all. Before that i used a very old manual typewriter. The kind you had to really pound on the keys to make work. It was a gift from my grandmother in the 80's, and i loved it. Switching to a computer took a big adjustment, and my writing even suffered! Now i am good with Word, and i hate the thought of switching again!!!
