so how can we manifest heaven on earth ? it starts with one person to ignite the spark then the family, the neighbourhood, the town, the city, the nation, all nations until we all have it.
heaven is a state of mind where our spirit and our soul realise that they are the ones they have been waiting for and that we are their protégée. a state of bliss occurs where the above and the below are united in one perfect vessel….. us the human race.

being in nature, drawing in the sacred breath, expanding energy, standing in the Sun, feeling that energy flow and expanding again, letting go of negative thought patterns, meditating on different aspects, connecting \/ /\ in the heart and trying to be in the meditative balanced state as as much as i can as i go through the day :) be-ing, feeling, being positive, positive affirmations, observing the different situations that are put in front of us, learning not to re-act,being careful where directing ones energy, observing the mind\thoughts, do they agree with what you feel. Seeing opportunaties to help/lift another up, smiling.
being in the company of those who raise your vibration and singing the song thats in your heart/soul :)
giving blessings for things, every day is another chance to improve.
