These slugs are only able to do this because they invoked the "nuclear option" a while back. BO is obviously stacking the deck for some reason...as though any of us have any respect left for what the courts say! Under BO/Holder's guidance, they are doing nothing but legislating from the bench.

Our whole system as it currently exists is corrupt to the core. God help us.
