I love Jesus as I love all of God's children.It's religions built on deceit that I have a problem with.BTW Jesus was not a Christian.

It's fine to believe in him and love him, but believing that he was your Saviour and has saved you from all your sins, past and future, is just plain erroneous. Better hedge your bets and do unto others as you would have them do unto you just in case God really does think your actions do count.

Did you know the whole crusafictionstory as it is written down like it happend 2 jesus of nazareth also was exactly written down in hindoeism about 5000years ago. With the same pictures and all. Its an intresting copy/paste.

The christpart is a different story and is even older that 5000years ago.

Can you really love someone whom you've never met, couldn't pick out of a line-up, and completely misunderstand to the point where you are not even able to gain a glimpse of what the person truly is/was?

Isn't that like picking a headstone in a graveyard - someone you never knew - reading stories about their life written decades after they were alive - mostly by people who never met them, and then falling in love with them and claiming to know them - carrying them around in your heart and worshipping them as God?

I love Jesus.

I likewise, love the Lord. There is plenty of hostility toward Christians on this forum and in society generally. I do not force my beliefs on anyone (which seems to be a major point of contention among non-believers). I simply try to live my life in a manner that would be pleasing to Him. Of course I fail. That's what forgiveness is all about - but that's an entirely different thread.

Yes, I love Jesus and hope to love my fellow man more every day as well. I'm learning how but we (mankind) certainly don't make it an easy task do we? Keep the faith.
