I can guarantee, back in the day (if we had cell/smart phones) theres no way people wouldn't have been uploading pix and tweets/facebook; much less have them taken away, which I believe someone earlier stated DID happen at this event.

Can you imagine being told in school to give up your purse or wallet? (for us older folks) Hell no, there was basic respect on all sides-students, teachers, and police. And phones have fantastically more info about you; personal and private info!

Those goons have absolutely no right to take childrens personal property. No right at all. But I guess if they give it up willingly...but cannot say they are all suspects in a crime, therefore confiscating for investigation. And I imagine some of thise phones are pretty expensive. Did they log them all down, I wonder? I bet the phones get zapped and goons get all the info off of them. For what reason though?
