I agree that all these dates are bunk, but they do make for some interesting reading. I'm about knowledge and keeping myself informed, but tread lightly also.

However the one thing that consistently will reign supreme is hope. We humans are a strange species, especially us GLPers. While most of us, IMHO are here for the knowledge and entertainment, we also hold out hope that nothing will happen. By latching onto the hope there's not anyone foolish enough to say okay that's it I'm giving away everything. That only happens with false prophets like that Harold Camping and the truly disturbed.

If you do get $100 bucks from someone I'd "hope" you put it to very good use. There are people who go hungry that I'm sure could use it. You see there I go with that whole hope thing again
