You know, I'm probably one of the 5 german people who actually know and understand the football rules thanks to Madden on the Genesis. But on TV i never know where the ball is. beeches User ID: 28167778 United States 12/14/2013 07:55 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I have a story about the SS. Went to a local shopping place. Was in a hurry. big-ass, and I mean really big-ass black SUVs are taking up the parking lot, not in front of the store I wanted to visit, but before it. I could get nowhere. Such uncouth driving! I started to inch in between the monsters. All of a sudden, one of them starts a light sequence - one two three - one two three - down its side, like a horse twitching off a fly, and I am mesmerized. Trying to figure out how they did that. A man comes and tells me to MOVE ON. Not friendly. I am curious by now, so I enter the store closest to these SUVs. A food store. A man walks out, quickly, surrounded by men in black. I go up to the teenage cashiers - was that the Mafia? No, they respond. Joe Biden needed to pick up some things on the way home. should have guessed, he lives nearby - but I didn't. Liberalism is totalitarianism with a human face – Thomas Sowell |

RoosterMorgan User ID: 40912250 United States 12/14/2013 08:56 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | All right, I'll bite. I have also had a run in with the Secret Service. I once worked at an acute admitting unit for a state psychiatric hospital. A man was admitted to the unit who apparently believed that George W. Bush was his father and he had repeatedly tried to go "visit" him. Poor guy was legitimately sick, but once in the hospital for a couple of days, he started taking his meds. In about 2 weeks, he admitted that his belief was probably induced by the illness. Weeks past, and still this guy was in the admitting unit. We did weekly reports on patients and I was assigned this guy. I wrote in my report that he was A&OX4 (means that he knows where he is, when he is, and displays appropriate responses to everyday questions like his name and such) and had been for weeks. That he was compliant and had posed no threat to himself or others since his medication had taken effect. I stated that he should have been released weeks ago. The psychiatrist also filed a similar report. When he went before the judge for his release hearing, the judge heard all of the reports, and refused to release him. The guy was really upset, and we didn't have any answers for him. So, I went to confront the nursing staff. My head nurse pulled me aside and explained that this guy was being held for DHS and couldn't be released until they approved it. Beyond that, we were not allowed to tell him. Our instructions were to tell him that because of his "crimes" (which was misdemeanor trespassing, btw), the courts were holding him under an abundance of caution to make sure he didn't relapse. Which was true in a sense. After about 3 months of him being in what is normally a 2-6 week facility, we were informed that he was being release at 6pm. No criminal charges were to be filed, and he was free to go. He was excited. We were happy for him, and helped him pack all of his things into the tall paper bags we keep for people without luggage. At 6pm, I helped him carry his bag out to the door and sat at the picnic tables to wait for his taxi with him. A black car drove up. Three guys with your typical SS look got out of the vehicles, grabbed the patient and man handled him into the back of the car and sped off. I ran inside screaming that the patient had been kidnapped and to call security and the police. My head nurse calmly told me to go retrieve his bag from the grounds and not to talk about what I had seen again. I didn't tell the patients, but I told every bloody worker who would listen to me. One of my friends in administration confirmed that they had been told when to release him by DHS and to not ask questions. He was considered a threat to the president and custody was being transferred to the "authorities". I was also told I should stop talking about it, but I've never been very good at that. Still, the whole situation and incident scared the crap out of me, and it certainly changed the way I viewed my "freedom". Technically, once that guy left the locked section of the hospital with release papers, he was no longer a patient and was a free man. Free for the whole minute and a half that we sat out there, and I guess that's what they consider arresting him. It looked a lot more like disappearing him to me. |

UnmannedAerialPilot User ID: 50323572 United States 12/14/2013 09:50 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Clinton was president. His favorite game was pinochle. They were in Africa(not sure where), he was supposed to make a speech. The car rolled up (my dad was TS, he was the driver...) Anyways, Clinton was playing pinochle in the back with a few of his aides or whatever...well, long story short, Clinton refused to go make his speech until the game was over. They ended up having the car surrounded by Africans until they were literally looking through the windows, banging on the side of the car and rocking the limo back and forth... My dad ended up honking the horn over and over to get them to back up, then he backed out, went down the street and wouldn't go back until the card game was over. Clinton ended up finishing, so my dad pulled back up to the spot and he got out, made the speech and got back in the car...the first thing he said when he got back in was "anyone up for a pinochle"...haha true story... A side not, he said Hillary was the rudest, most arrogant, selfish and maniacal person he had ever met in his life... |
