It depends on what's in the contract. I doubt there is anything contractually specifically holding him to any 'conduct' outside of his hours of employment. AE just ko'd a large set of their audience. Wonder if they'll find a way to make up for the upcoming loss in viewer numbers. Nah, that's a no brainer.

Good the show sucks balls

went to see Catching Fire the other day and during the previews they showed the "CocaCola" bears, I guess they got "their own" movie coming out. Anyway, the point is they end the clip with something like, "Let the cokecola bears show you what a family is." What a bunch of crap... and I mean crap... Now take a look at what these folks, Family are doing and then you will see what it really means to be a family. I salute you. I for one will never again watch A & E.... matter of fact that's really not a big issue as I turned off the tv over 3 years ago.. lol....

This crowd calls my Christianity a myth, curses my God, mocks my Christ, refutes the plan of salvation, defaces/ destroys Christian-related property, and actively works to ostracize anyone who openly and unashamedly associates themselves with Christianity.

All the while, they have also continued to drag and shove the American society into the corner of demanded acceptance under the pressure of otherwise being labeled as "intolerant" or scared ("phobic").

They have chosen a path to corrupt the innocent minds of children with their "alternate" lifestyle (the irony here is that the nomenclature of "alternate" clearly denotes it would be outside of the mainstream and not openly or widely accepted) in order that they, too, may travel the road of immorality and depravity. This is motivated solely by their pursuit to destroy the nuclear family.

The same group who decry that I have no say in the murder of the unborn children - roughly 60,000,000 since Roe V. Wade - committed under the guise of "women's rights", yet directly and indirectly fund many of these via the money extorted from the populous in the form of taxation under the threat of imprisonment.

Yet, it is Mr. Robertson who has had his feet to the fire over stating his beliefs. He didn't organize a protest; he didn't become violent in the face of his accuser(s); he didn't damage or deface any property related to the LGBT community.

He spoke a few words - to an interviewer - in an expression of his personal belief system, Christianity, and, I believe, in his expression of what he see as the evidence of evil that has poisoned our society.

Though I've never watched their show, should the Robertson family ever make it out to Colorado, I'd be glad to shake their hand and buy them each a cup of coffee. An observation and a prediction.

While this subject is interesting on a variety of levels, nobody that I'm aware of has looked at it from the point of view of how it fits into long-range Communist strategy to defeat the West. What I'm talking about is the adoption by the Communists at an early date of a strategy based on subversion. Antonio Gramsci is considered one of the pioneers of the strategy and he coined the term "Long March Through the Institutions" to describe the gradual takeover of every Western institution, including media and entertainment, from within with the intent of weakening the culture to the point of collapse. The famous 45 Goals of the Communists which was entered into the Congressional record in 1963

When a counter-revolutionary (get used to the term) family like the Robinsons comes along there is enough Communist machinery in place by now, after so many decades of Gramscianism, to use the institutions of the media and the press to either destroy them or to Enlist them in the Communist cause (albeit unwittingly). To get an idea what the Communists are capable of at this late date one need only refer back to the progress they had made by 1984, when Yuri Bezmenov gave his now famous interview to G. Edward Griffin in which he lays out long-range Communist strategy as it pertains to the manipulation of the US population and the methods by which it is implemented.




And now for a prediction. The Robinsons, including the fired patriarch, will be induced by A & E to continue the show. Some sort of compromise will be arrived at, but in the end it will be the Robinsons who serve the ends of the Communists. It remains to be seen just how, but in the end the Robinsons will be used to work against their own interests and principles and on behalf of the Communists.

I do hope I'm wrong, but the Robinsons are just the latest to have something like this happen to them. Paula Deen folded like a house of cards and will probably spend the rest of her life trying to reform herself in the Communist image. The Robinsons may not cave in the same fashion, but from now on, if they choose to work for the Communists, it will more and more be on Communist terms. It might take blackmail, but in the end the Robinsons will toe the Communist culture line.
